Trouble Shooting Ideas
We think we have figured out the issues some people are having with Education City. It appears to be a security issue from individual computers. You do not need an individual account to play. Below are the suggestions from both Education City and Nate Krulish.

About Cookies
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a very small text file placed on your hard drive by a web server. It usually contains login information and cannot be executed as code or delivery viruses. It is uniquely yours and can only be read by the web server that issued it to you.
Why do I need a cookie?
Our security process operates through cookies. A cookie is stored on your PC when you enter your Login Name and Login Password. Each time you try to play an EducationCity game that cookie is cross-referenced with your account to check if you are eligible. Therefore your cookie is vital to getting access.
Can I control the cookies I accept?
You can order your internet browser to accept all cookies or to alert you every time a cookie is offered. Then you can decide whether to accept one or not. We recommend that you always accept our cookies within your web browser.
Below are some possible solutions to try.
From Nate Krulish
I did some research on the cookie issue and the only thing I could find that would effect Education City is if folks have their cookies completely blocked. To fix that, here is what they would do:
IN SAFARI:
1. Start Safari
2. Click on "Safari" (top left)
3. Click on "Preferences"
4. Click on the "Privacy" tab
5. Make sure that in the "Block cookies:" section to select "From third parties and advertisers". If "Always" is selected, Ed City will not run unless the site is added in the "Details…" button.
6. Quit Safari and re-open it.
*Things might not follow these directions exactly depending on the version of Safari and the Operating System. But the information is still the same.
IN FIREFOX:
Explorer:

*Again, depending on the version, things might be in different places…Privacy is the information you are looking to modify.
